Dr. Krein is the Owner/Broker of Nevada Real Estate
Services, and currently serves as the President of the
National REO Brokers Association. Over the past twenty
years he has personaly listed and/or sold in excess
of 2000 Single Family Homes — over 1000 of which
were properties owned by various Financial Institutions
from around the country.

Specialization:
As President of the National REO Brokers Association
- I tend to specialize in the disposition and sale of
Bank-owned properties (foreclosures) following through
to small to medium-sized investment grade real estate
properties.
Personal Information:
Dr. Krein is married with seven children and two grandchildren,
and makes his home in Henderson, Nevada. In addition
to owning Nevada Real Estate Services, he is also a
senior instructor at the Las Vegas Kung Fu Academy,
a Nevada State approved Real Estate Instructor, holds
a GT class racing license, and for fun likes to do just
about anything that may get him killed.
