I graduated from Gonzaga University in 1986 and relocated to Las Vegas. I obtained my Real Estate license in 1988 and have been actively selling residential real estate and conducting tax deferred commercial property exchanges since then. I am currently licensed as a Broker Salesperson. My area of specialty is foreclosures. I've personally sold over 500 HUD and VA foreclosures and with the REO market in full swing, the numbers just continue to grow.
